Who we are

Car Wash Deal Hub is a website that lists car washes for sale. It is operated by Luke Ford, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent with Attlee Realty, LLC (the brokerage). In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Car Wash Deal Hub and Luke Ford.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through our forms:

• your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number;
• any notes you add;
• the listing you asked about; and
• your listing alert preferences, such as states, price range, and wash types.

We also record the consent wording you agreed to and when you submitted the form. Our website host, Cloudflare, automatically collects basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiries about listings, to send the new car wash listing alerts you sign up for, and to send the free Car Wash Deal Hub newsletter, which includes offers from our sponsors.

Your choices and unsubscribing

Listing alerts and the newsletter are separate. You can unsubscribe from either one, or both, at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by emailing us at the address below. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop us from replying to a question you have sent us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that store our form submissions or send our email, such as Cloudflare and MailerLite, our email platform, and only so they can provide those services to us; and
• when you request information about a listing, as needed to respond to your request.

We do not share your identity as a buyer with a seller or a seller's representative without your permission. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are subscribed or while we are helping you with an inquiry, and for a reasonable time afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information, such as financial account numbers, through our forms.

Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
